My little pony in coloured rice.

I’m letting my girlie side out with this one! Coloured rice with ponies. Unfortunately, my boy took out the ponies but, they can always be replaced with other fun characters and possibly a beach theme! Anyway, here’s how to create it!

What you need:

· White rice

· Food colouring pink/yellow/blue

· Zip lock bags

· Ponies

Place 1 cups of uncooked rice in each zip lock bag. Add a different colour to each bag, close it and smush it around until all the rice is coated. Then, open the bags so that it can get air to dry. And when it’s dry place it in a tray to display.

Extend

You can extend this activity by adding glitter, funnels and jugs.
